Resolutions and Amendments
Ballot papers were distributed to the members after verifying the GWTCS members list. Motion to conduct the General Body meeting during the time of Cultural function to obtain the required quorum. Motion accepted by giving ballot papers to all life members.
1. The new executive committee will be elected by all life members of the organization. The bi-annual members are no longer eligible to vote. All life members, who joined on or before the date of Ugadi function are only eligible to vote in immediately following election.

2. As a one time exception, we extended the eligibility to vote, for the year 2017 elections, for all the life members who joined on or before 4/7/2017
